Assistant Branch Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well established business where you can develop to Branch Manager. There is a salary of £32,000 plus bonus to potentially earn a package of £40,000 and the best part is there is no weekend working, just Monday to Friday. Driving licence is essential for this role.\n\nThe Role:\n\nLeading, motivating, and developing the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service.\n\nDriving internal and external sales to meet and exceed branch targets while following company policies and procedures.\n\nActively promoting and selling the products and services.\n\nStrengthening the brand locally.\n\nManaging stock levels and ensuring accurate stock control.\n\nKeeping the branch clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked with products and promotional materials.\n\nMaintaining detailed customer records including sales, enquiries, and follow‑ups.\n\nEnsuring the Workshop is at capacity.\n\nHandling time‑keeping, attendance, and disciplinary processes in line with company procedures.\n\nAbout You:\n\nA confident leader with strong people‑management skills.\n\nSomeone commercially minded, target‑driven, and proactive\n\nExcellent communication and customer‑service skills.\n\nStrong organisational ability and attention to detail.\n\nHands‑on and leads by example and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.\n\nMust hold a current, valid UK driving licence.\n\nBenefits:\n\nWorking within an established team\n\nWorking for a reputable company and brand\n\nThe working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday.\n\nCompany pension\n\nINDAB
