Customer Service Executive\n\nBirmingham City Centre\n\n£25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum\n\nHours: 12pm–8pm or 2pm–10pm (Mon–Fri)\n\nKey Duties:\n\n * Central customer support role handling inbound calls, queries, deliveries, returns, and order issues\n\n * Own customer cases end to end, working with warehouse and sales teams to resolve problems quickly\n\n * Pre and post‑sales activity\n\n * Make outbound calls to re‑engage lapsed customers, support key accounts, and promote products\n\n * Maintain accurate CRM and sales records, assist with reporting, and support daily admin\n\n * Vet and qualify new customer accounts; identify leads for Business Development\n\n * Maintain high call‑answer rates and ensure all enquiries are responded to\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\n * Strong communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail\n\n * Confident in a fast‑paced B2B environment\n\n * Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable with outbound calling\n\n * Calm under pressure and committed to delivering excellent customer service
