We are looking for a Deputy Support Manager to assist the Support Manager in leading teams, to deliver person-cantered support that meets regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.\n\nAs a Deputy Support Manager, you will mentor teams, coach support staff and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure that practice leadership is developed, recognised and reflected in all we do as you work on shift as part of the working rota, enabling you to act as a role model of best practice. You will support people to design their support plans, assist with rota management, help maintain records, address concerns, conduct audits, and deputise for the Support Manager when needed.
