Job Title: Multiskilled Operative\n\nLocation: Birmingham, Park Central\n\nContract Details: Temporary Ongoing\n\nSalary: £13.45 per hour\n\nMonday - Friday\n\nHours: 08:00 - 16:00 or 10:00 - 18:00.\n\nAbout Our Client:\nJoin a dynamic and innovative team that values your skills and contributions! With a commitment to excellence, they are looking for a Multiskilled Operative who is eager to make a difference and grow alongside the team.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAs a Multiskilled Operative, you will:\n\nUndertake all mail, courier, and stationery tasks\nManage records and provide reprographics services\nPrepare mail and files for digital scanning\nScan hard copy mail/files into PDF format using high-speed scanners\nQuality check scanned copies against physical items\nReceive and book inbound/outbound couriers\nEnsure timely completion of work to the highest standards\nSupport colleagues and work as a team to achieve outstanding results\nTake on additional duties as requested by management\nDevelop positive relationships with customers and exceed their expectationsEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nAttention to detail is paramount\nStrong manual handling skills\nExcellent organisational abilities\nAbility to work under pressure and meet targets\nGood communication skillsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nPrevious experience in a similar role\nAble to multi task!
