This role will start following a successful interview.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Assist customers, including members of the public (B2C) and trade clients (B2B), over the phone and online with parts inquiries\n\n * Parts Catalogues and stock systems\n\n * Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer needs\n\n * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance\n\n * Upsell additional products and services when appropriate\n\n * Handle customer complaints and returns professionally\n\n * Process sales transactions using our premier stock system\n\n * Prepare invoices, quotes, and purchase orders\n\n * Coordinate with suppliers and service technicians for part orders\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Experience in lawnmower, garden machinery, or automotive parts sales (preferred but not essential)\n\n * Great customer service skills in high demand B2C/B2B\n\n * Excellent communication skills\n\n * Ability to use parts lookup software and online catalogues\n\n * Basic computer skills (MS Office)\n\n * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\n\nPay and Hours:\n\n * Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00\n\nFor the successful candidate in this field, there are progression opportunities within the department. Full training is provided. A technical background in small engines, lawn equipment, or mechanics is preferred but not essential.
