Pipefitter Supervisor

Straight-line Group are currently seeking an experienced Pipefitter Supervisor to start on a site in Birmingham (NON WORKING ROLE).\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work on a dynamic site, overseeing daily operations and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.\nKey Responsibilities\n * Supervise and coordinate mechanical pipework installation on site\n * Deliver daily safe start briefings to the workforce\n * Conduct regular toolbox talks to maintain high safety standards\n * Manage and obtain all necessary permits to work\n * Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications\n * Oversee and support site operatives, ensuring productivity and quality\n * Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery\nRequirements\n * Proven experience in mechanical pipework supervision\n * Valid Supervisor Card\n * SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification\n * Strong understanding of site safety procedures and regulations\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills\nDuration: 18 months\nPay: £250 - £270 per day
