Registered Building Inspector - Class 2D / 2F / 3G-H\n\nBirmingham / East London & Essex / Oxfordshire / Nationwide Opportunities\n\nHybrid & Flexible Working Available\n\nA specialist Building Control and Fire Safety consultancy is looking to appoint Registered Building Inspectors across multiple UK locations due to continued growth and increasing project demand.\n\nOpportunities are available for both experienced RBIs and developing professionals looking to progress their careers within a supportive and technically strong environment.\n\nThe business delivers Building Control and Fire Safety services across a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments and offers a collaborative working environment supported by experienced technical and administrative teams.\n\nThe Role\n\nCarrying out site inspections across a variety of projects\nConducting plan checks and compliance assessments\nAdvising clients, contractors and developers on Building Regulations\nSupporting projects through to completion and sign-off\nWorking closely with internal technical teams and stakeholders\nManaging your own regional workload with hybrid flexibility\nRequirements\n\nRegistered Building Inspector status (2D and above considered)\nStrong knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance processes\nExperience carrying out site inspections and/or plan checking\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nFull UK driving licence\nDesirable\n\nClass 2F or 3G/H registration\nExperience across commercial or high-rise residential projects\nBackground within Local Authority or private sector Building Control\nPackage\n\nCompetitive salary depending on classification and experience\nHybrid and flexible working arrangements\nCar allowance / mileage support\nProfessional development and career progression\nSupportive and collaborative working environment
