Senior Safety and CDM Consultant

Senior Safety and CDM Consultant required to join a multi-disciplinary, professional services company that manage and deliver construction safety and business safety services to clients across the UK.\nBased in Birmingham, you will join the team to deliver high quality services for government organisations, leading developers, national infrastructure and blue-chip clients. Projects include demolition, education, environmental, highways, inner city builds, power and rail.\nThis Senior Safety CDM Consultant position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with candidates ideally located within commutable distance of the Birmingham office.\nDuties\nYour duties will include maintaining workload through bidding and proposal writing and overseeing infrastructure projects for both current and prospective clients.\nBeing responsible for the management and delivery of your project deliverables.\nOffering support and contributing ideas to innovative delivery methods\nYou will work closely with the Birmingham team on projects and delivery as part of the national team.\nQualifications\nIdeally hold or be working towards CMIOSH status or equivalent\nIdeally hold a degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject\nExperience in the following:\nWorking in a consultancy environment delivering construction and business assurance services.\nWorking with large scale projects in with experience that could include highways, infrastructure, power, rail and/or water.\nDelivering CDM duties as both the Principal Designer and the Client\nDelivering audits, inspections and management system reviews.\nAssisting with project set up for both new and existing clients.\nThe company understand the importance of a work life balance so the hybrid working policy allows flexibility.
